Meet the Intense-Air. A high-capacity linear bar wall grille built to move maximum air through a 6" x 12" opening. Three wide steel bars plus a full perimeter slot deliver far more airflow than a standard louvered or plastic grille, while keeping a clean, modern flush-mount face.
Key Features:
Material: 1.2mm (18 ga) Cold Rolled Steel
Finish: Scratch-Resistant Powder Coating
Duct Size: Fits standard 6" x 12" wall openings
Application: Supply Air or Return Air (Wall only)
Intense-Air Face: Three linear bars plus a full perimeter slot, 58% open area for high air delivery.
Maximum Airflow: Over 70% more net free area than our standard 6x12 grille, so it moves far more air at the same static pressure.
Hidden-Screw 2-Part Design: Flush-mount steel grille with no visible fasteners for a seamless look.
Paint-Ready Matte Finish: Comes in powder-coated Matte White, ready to match any interior.

we spend more than 1.600 dollar on vent covers.
biggest waste of money.
to start that they will not come with screws.for that money you would expect something. The product itself looks good. but the sounds that they make are awful. it looks like we have heavy rain on our roof the whole day. on top of that there is barely any air coming out.
I would not recommend! they look sleek and nice. but we are ending up changing them back to they way they where. again waist of money.
Hi Wouter, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the vents haven't worked out, especially on an order this size. We don't include screws because walls, framing and duct connections vary so much that the installer is the best judge of which fasteners will hold. A sound like rain and weak airflow at a grille usually come down to matching the vent size to the airflow in the duct. Each size's product page lists its airflow data for exactly that. If you'd like help choosing, please contact us directly.
Great
Very beautiful and quality
Thank you Tatiana. Glad the 25x8.5 modern return air vent cover looks as good as it performs.
