Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for in-stock items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that all Custom and Preorder items are final sale. See the Preorder and Made-to-Order section below.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns

Please ensure return packaging is sufficient to avoid transit damage

Clearly mark your order number on the package

Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted

Preorder and Made-to-Order Items (Important)

All preorder and made-to-order products, including custom size vents, are manufactured specifically for your order and enter production shortly after purchase.

These items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us at trmmetalproducts@gmail.com within that window and we will cancel and refund in full.

After 24 hours, preorder and made-to-order items are final sale. They cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or refunded.

By placing a preorder or custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Production time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks

Shipping method affects transit time only, not production time

After the 24 hour window, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable

For custom size vents, the dimensions you enter at checkout are the dimensions we cut. Please confirm you have measured the opening (the hole), not your old vent cover, before ordering.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This applies to all items, including custom and preorder products. Manufacturing defects and shipping damage are always covered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Preorder and made-to-order products (after the 24 hour cancellation window)

Custom or personalized items (after the 24 hour cancellation window)

Sale items

Gift cards

If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Banks and credit card providers may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
