Shipping Policy

In-Stock Items

We strive to fulfill in-stock orders within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your items ship.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days, contact us at trmmetalproducts@gmail.com or (416)452-1358 and we will look into your order status.

Preorder and Made-to-Order Items

Preorder and custom size products take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to manufacture before they ship. The 2 to 3 day fulfillment timeline does not apply to these items. Your shipping method affects transit time only, not production time. You will receive tracking information once your item leaves our facility.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they may ship separately.

Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping to all our customers.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations. If your address qualifies as remote, our customer service team will contact you with the additional cost before shipping.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

US Orders

We ship to the United States with all duties, taxes, and customs fees fully covered by us. You pay nothing extra on delivery, no brokerage bills, no surprise charges at the door.
