Every TRM air register is fabricated from 18 gauge cold rolled Canadian steel with a durable powder coated finish. We do not make plastic vents.

Our standard powder coated finishes are black, white, grey and silver. Screen colours can vary by monitor, so if exact colour matching matters for your project, contact us for a physical sample before ordering.

Yes. Our registers are designed for hardwood, vinyl plank and tile, in both drop in and flush mount styles.

Yes. The 18 gauge steel construction sits flat, resists bending under heavy weights and daily foot traffic, and holds up in high use areas where lighter gauge registers fail.

Yes, custom is our specialty. We manufacture vents in custom dimensions up to 24 x 72 inches. Order directly from our custom size metal vent page.

Measure the duct opening, meaning the cutout in your floor, wall or ceiling. Do not measure your existing vent cover. The dimensions you enter at checkout are the exact dimensions we manufacture.

Production time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Your shipping method affects transit time only, not production time. You will receive tracking once your item leaves our facility.

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, custom size, preorder and made to order products are non cancellable, non returnable and non refundable because they are manufactured specifically for your order. Manufacturing defects and shipping damage are always covered.

In stock orders are fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your items ship. Custom and preorder items ship after the 3 to 4 week production period.

Shipping is free for all customers. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, and our team will contact you with the cost before shipping if your address qualifies as remote. We do not ship to PO boxes, please provide a physical street address.

Yes, we ship across the United States with all duties, taxes and customs fees fully covered by us. You pay nothing extra on delivery, no brokerage bills and no surprise charges at the door.

In stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and original packaging, and the return is approved by us before shipping back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies. See our full Return and Refund Policy.

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately with photos at trmmetalproducts@gmail.com. Shipping damage and manufacturing defects are always covered, including on custom and preorder items, and we will resolve it quickly.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need an additional 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Yes. Wholesale, dealer and trade customers should contact us directly to set up a trade account with volume pricing.
