- Airflow (CFM) is derived by continuity from the rated net free area at standard air density of 0.075 lb per cubic foot under isothermal conditions.
- The net free area shown is the conservative rated open area. Actual open area is equal to or greater, so delivered airflow meets or exceeds the listed values.
- For this size the face opening is the limiting restriction. The throat that sits in the ceiling is larger.
- Static pressure is a conservative calculated estimate referenced to the free-area velocity. Tested values are expected to be lower.
- This vent has no damper. It is suited to supply or return air.
- Sound rating data is pending laboratory test.
