How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier. For example, orders shipped to New York City typically arrive within 3–5 business days based on our experience. Pre-order items require approximately 3–4 weeks for fulfillment before shipping.
What are the actual dimensions of the back opening of the vent?
The size listed refers to the opening size (grill size) in the wall, ceiling, or floor. The back of the vent is designed to fit directly into that opening for a secure installation. For Instance, for a 4"x12" Floor Vent its 3.75" x 11.75" so smooth drop in easy installation. Please refer to the drawing image or PDF attached in the product listing for exact dimensions.
What insert dimensions are required for the center flooring piece?
The center insert is designed to hold a standard flooring piece cut to the required opening size, allowing it to blend seamlessly with your flooring.
For instance, for a 4" x 24" Floor Vent it will be 1.59" smaller from both length and width which is 2.51" x 22.51" being the actual insert dimensions. Please refer to the drawing image or PDF attached in the listing for exact measurements.
Can I pick up my order rather then shipping?
Yes, absolutely. You can choose to pick up your order within 1–2 business days after it is ready. In some cases, same-day pickup may be possible upon special request. Please note that pre-order items require approximately 3–4 weeks for fulfillment, whether they are shipped or picked up.
What colors are available for your vents?

Can I order a custom size vent?

What is the difference between the Classic, Breeze, and ON models?

Are pergola brackets sold in pairs or individually?
Most pergola brackets are sold in pairs as shown in the product listing. However, if you need single units or a custom quantity, we can arrange that. Please contact us by email, phone, or through the contact form on our website.
Are your vents suitable for return air?
Yes, our vents can be used for return air applications when the vent size matches the airflow requirements of your HVAC system.

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
