30-Day Return Policy (In-Stock Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return policy for in-stock items from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned in the original packaging
Approved by TRM Metal Products before being shipped back

Customer Responsibilities

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Products must be packaged securely to prevent transit damage
Clearly write your Order Number on the outside of the package
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

All custom-size, preorder, and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for your order.

Cancellation Policy

✅ Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

❌ After 24 hours, these products are:

Non-Cancellable
Non-Returnable
Non-Refundable
Non-Exchangeable

By placing a preorder or custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Production time is approximately 3–4 weeks
Shipping method only affects transit time—not production time
The dimensions entered at checkout are the exact dimensions we manufacture
Please measure the duct opening (cutout), NOT your existing vent cover before ordering

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Shipping damage and manufacturing defects are always covered, including custom and preorder items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Preorder products (after the 24-hour cancellation period)
Personalized items
Sale items
Gift Cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to:

Return the eligible item (once approved).
Place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
